Resources Administrator (Part-Time)

Location: Solihull - Shirley area
Hourly Rate: 12.21 per hour
Hours: 15 hours per week (8:00 - 11:00, Monday to Friday)

We're seeking a detail-oriented and creative Resources Administrator to support teaching staff by preparing learning materials and maintaining the school's communication and resource systems. Perfect for someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and supporting meaningful education.

Your Role Will Include:

  • Coordinating the school's PECs picture library and printed visual resources.

  • Producing and maintaining 2D learning stimuli, including laminating, cutting, and organising materials.

  • Managing administration related to resources and requests.

  • Supporting teachers with curriculum and classroom resources.

  • Ensuring materials are ready, accessible, and tailored to pupils' needs.
