A fast-growing international manufacturer is seeking a Sales & Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead to lead end-to-end planning across demand, supply, and inventory.
You'll drive alignment between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, optimising stock levels and ensuring product availability as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and improve the monthly SIOP cycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop accurate demand forecasts
- Balance supply planning with production capacity and inventory targets
- Drive inventory optimisation and service level improvements
- Produce KPIs, dashboards, and planning reports
- Lead SIOP meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
The successful SIOP Lead will: -
- Proven SIOP/S&OP or supply chain experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Strong data analysis and stakeholder management skills
- ERP/MRP system knowledge
