PROGRAM MANAGER - PROGRAMME MANAGER - PROGRAMME COORDINATOR

Due to growth, our client is now looking to recruit a programme manager to oversee a variety of projects within the water and gas sector. For this role our client is seeking someone who has experience in either the water or gas industry.

Key responsibilities will include:-

  • Providing governance oversight on key framework programmes and major projects, ensuring consistency of delivery, commercial control, and risk management.
  • Supporting project managers in developing mobilisation plans, progress tracking, and client reporting documentation.
  • Chairing regular internal programme review meetings to track progress, manage risks, and ensure alignment with budget and contractual obligations.
  • Working closely with finance and operations teams to forecast programme performance, costs, and cash flow.
  • Supporting the bids team with any ongoing changes.

This role does offer room for development and will allow the right candidate to progress to senior management level.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in managing programs within either the water or gas market
  • An understanding of engineering (a HNC/HND or degree within engineering would be beneficial)
  • Experience in supporting teams to deliver framework agreements
  • Excellent organisational skills

This role is Monday-Friday, hybrid working will be optional on completion of probation. Other benefits include a competitive company pension, onsite parking, progression and a competitive numeration scheme.
