Key Responsibilities for a Clinical Governance and Audit Lead:
- Lead and develop the organisations clinical governance and audit frameworks
- Oversee clinical audit programmes, reporting on performance and areas for improvement
- Analyse clinical data to inform quality and safety initiatives
- Train and support clinical staff in governance and audit processes
- Ensure compliance with CQC, NICE, and national standards
What Were Looking For:
- You must be a registered nurse (NMC registered)
- Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in a governance, audit, or quality role at Band 7 or above
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience managing clinical risk and improvement programmes
