Key Responsibilities for a Clinical Governance and Audit Lead:
  • Lead and develop the organisations clinical governance and audit frameworks
  • Oversee clinical audit programmes, reporting on performance and areas for improvement
  • Analyse clinical data to inform quality and safety initiatives
  • Train and support clinical staff in governance and audit processes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC, NICE, and national standards

What Were Looking For:
  • You must be a registered nurse (NMC registered)
  • Masters degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a governance, audit, or quality role at Band 7 or above
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven experience managing clinical risk and improvement programmes
