Key Responsibilities:
- Teaching: Plan and teach exciting lessons, assess pupils' progress, and maintain high expectations.
- Pupil Development: Support the academic, social, and emotional development of all pupils.
- Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to provide a holistic learning experience.
- Professionalism: Uphold the Teachers' Standards, engage in professional development, and maintain high ethical standards.
Person Specification
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Successful teaching experience
- Knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to safeguarding and equality
Desirable:
- Experience working with Special Educational Needs pupils
- Understanding of Adverse Childhood Experiences
- Good ICT skills
- Knowledge of educational software
