AR743 - National Account Support Executive Location: South Petherton Salary: £38,000 + Commission + Vehicle Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a National Account Support Executive on behalf of one of our clients. This role will suit a highly motivated driven individual who enjoys, supporting colleagues, is very organised and has a great attention to detail. Main responsibility is to support the National account manager to ensure the back-office support of these accounts are maintained to the highest level.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting NAM with all aspects of administration associated with allocated accounts
  • Working with the service team to ensure compliance with Service Level agreement
  • Working with the sales team to proactively share end of contract machines coming back into the business.
  • Planning/ managing equipment deliveries
  • Quote building & preparation
  • Review meeting preparation and data management
  • Attending customer meetings with NAM
  • Actioning daily customer requests/reports
  • Generating sales reporting for internal sales meetings
  • Assisting with invoice queries
  • Daily customer engagement
  • Fleet optimization planning and reporting
  • VOR monitoring /prop arrangement
  • RAMS framework / support/ enforcement 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • A sound knowledge of the MHE industry would be advantageous.
  • Good IT skills including outlook, excel, word and internet explorer.
  • The ability to learn to use our CRM and internal Protean forklift software.
  • Ability to work alone and as an integral part of a team.
  • Enjoy selling, challenges & successes and working with others.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with dealers and sales teams alike.
  • Strong interpersonal + communication skills
  • High focus on customer relationships
