As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Oversee clinical and quality standards within the home.
- Lead and guide nursing and care teams, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations.
- Conduct assessments, audits, and care planning to enhance resident well-being.
- Support, mentor, and develop nursing and care teams.
- Provide hands-on clinical support and leadership when required.
