The role:
- As the customer engagement representative you will build and nurture relationships with customers to support them on their customer journey.
- The customer engagement representative is responsible for taking inbound calls to help and assist customers with any general queries or order support, as well as making calls consistently to customers.
- The customer engagement representative will check that all details are logged correctly and action order amends and add-ons into the system accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure that all your territory customers are aware of promotions, NPD, Catalogue, allergen changes when it is relevant.
- KPIs of the customer engagement representative will be based on the number of calls being made and the length of time based on the calls. There is a fantastic commission structure in place based on hitting these KPIs that is also reviewed quarterly.
- As the customer engagement representative, you will maintain communication with channel managers to identify opportunities in the national/regional accounts e.g. non trading or poorly trading accounts.
- Office based position 40 hours per week. The customer office is open Sun-Fri and so you would be expected to work 1 in every 4 Sundays.
Ideal candidate:
- You will need to be a great communicator and be confident making calls to a large number of customers.
- The ideal candidate will be ambitious and see the value in the commission scheme.
- You will have great organisation skills and be an all-round hard worker.
- You will be resilient and happy making cold calls.
Benefits & details:
- £27,000 basic salary + commission earning opportunity.
- 5 days a week in their offices in Southall 8-5pm (Sunday hours 8.30-4.30pm)
