Customer Service/Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for a market leading organisation based at their Head Office in Southall. You will be joining their Customer Engagement team where you will be handling inbound/outbound calls and emails with customers, handling admin duties and identifying up-selling opportunities while developing and maintaining relationships with customers.

Role:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls and emails with customers
  • Speaking to your set of customers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis dependent on their needs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers
  • Work with customers to support their customer journey
  • Logging customer details correctly
  • Action order amendments and add-ons for your customers
  • Work with field sales colleagues to highlight lapsed accounts and also help highlight leads within the area.
  • Ensure your customers are aware of any promotions and changes to products
  • Identify up-selling opportunities and aim to maximise sales opportunities where possible
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify leads for your territory.
  • Raise issues in case management allocating to the relevant individual for follow up.
  • Work through a call plan each day to ensure all customers are spoken to on a regular basis.
