Kolt Recruitment are recruiting for a Parts Warehouse Manager for an established accident repair company
Key Responsibilities:
- Accountable for maximising departmental profitability,
- Develop and implement operational strategies for the department,
- Ensure exceptional cost control to optimise financial performance,
- Maintain and develop an accurate parts inventory,
- Lead and develop a team of parts advisors to achieve their objectives, whilst delivering exceptional service,
- Maximise commercial opportunities through regularly seeking improved supplier discount structures and terms,
- Work collaboratively with other departments to find innovative solutions to parts supply issues,
- Ensure health & safety requirements are adhered to within the department at all times
Key Requirements:
- You have exemplary communication and managerial skills
- Excellent organisation and administration skills
- You have previous working experience in a fast pace environment
- You are able to organise and manage your time efficiently to meet deadlines
- Experience of parts sales and understanding sales targets
- Previous experience in a parts managerial and warehouse role, preferable
