Job Title: TIG/MIG Fabricator
Location: Leamington Spa
Shift: Monday to Friday - Day Shift
Pay (PAYE): £15.50 - £16.50 per hour
Industry: Engineering - Fabrication of Stainless Steel & Mild Steel (1.5mm to 10mm tolerance)
Key Responsibilities:
* Fabricate components using TIG and MIG welding techniques to high-quality standards
* Interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints accurately
* Work with stainless steel and mild steel materials ranging from 1.5mm to 10mm
* Use hand tools, cutting equipment, and workshop machinery safely and efficiently
* Ensure final assemblies meet precise tolerances and pass quality inspections
Requirements:
* Proven experience in TIG and MIG welding within an engineering environment
* Ability to read and understand technical drawings and welding symbols
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
* Experience working with both stainless and mild steel
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively on day shifts
