A leading distribution business based in Totton is currently looking to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 6-month contract basis, with the potential for the role to become permanent. What will the Purchase Ledger Clerk role involve?-
Accurately processing approximately 50 supplier invoices per week, including handling some aged queries;

Performing supplier statement reconciliations;

Investigating and resolving historic invoice queries;

Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role;

Comfortable dealing with invoice discrepancies and supplier queries;

Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to reconciliation tasks;

A positive and team-focused attitude, with a willingness to support and be supported.

Office-based role with free on-site parking (subject to availability);
