Role Overview
Prepare accurate, detailed technical drawings for major residential projects
Work collaboratively with designers, planners, engineers, and clients to achieve creative and regulatory goals
Ensure all work meets UK Building Regulations and NHBC Standards
Offer guidance and technical mentorship to junior team members
Attend and contribute to client and project team meetings
About You
Degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
Significant experience delivering residential schemes for national house builders
Excellent technical ability and meticulous attention to detail
Skilled in relevant CAD/BIM software
Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple deadlines independently
Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
