Role: Customer Services Advisor
Location: Southampton
Hours: Monday to Friday (Full Time)
Salary: Up to £28k per annum
Role Overview: In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing them with outstanding service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues promptly will be key to ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive outcome.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest enhancements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
