As a Digital Customer Support Agent, you'll provide support through channels like email, live chat, WhatsApp, SMS, and social media—helping customers through loan applications and account management.  What You'll Be Doing:
  • Respond to customer queries across multiple digital platforms
  • Guide applicants through loan processes and documentation
  • Support existing customers with account questions and payments
  • Identify and assist vulnerable customers with tailored care
  • Flag potential fraud or risks appropriately
