We are seeking Property Administrator/ Inspectors for a 6-week contract. This role is ideal for someone with a good knowledge of central Southampton and a basic understanding of property inventory processes. Full training will be provided, and the successful candidate will use our software on their own smartphone. This is an ideal opportunity for university students or recent Graduates 

Dates: Monday 23rd June – Friday 1st August (6 weeks temp)

Working hours: Monday – Friday 10am-5pm + 1 weekend 12pm – 6pm 28-30th June

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Preparing inspection reports and undergoing inspection training.
  • Conducting end of tenancy inspections.
  • Downloading and saving inspection reports.
  • Commencing check-in and check-out comparisons and preparing deposit summaries.
  • Final checking and creating photo albums.
  • Assisting with sending deposits to departing tenants, tidying the key room, and helping with closing and opening utility accounts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must be a driver with access to a vehicle.
  • Must own a smartphone capable of running software.
  • Good knowledge of the local area.
  • Basic understanding of inventory processes; experience in filling out an inventory is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
