This is a maternity cover role for ca 9-12 months initially. Hybrid role.
A successful international company based in Hedge End is recruiting an internal recruitment resourcer. You will be working in a small but busy team, performing a variety of tasks to support the recruitment effort.
The Role
This is an engaging and varied role for someone with a background/interest in HR or Recruitment. Main duties will include:
- Using Linkedin and job boards to source potential senior level employees
- Research and identify new ways of talent pipeline across the UK and Ireland
- Engaging with candidates with outreach messaging and then the conversations that follows
- Introduce potential candidates to the Head of Recruitment for them to be able to conduct their interviews
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have an interest in HR/Recruitment, and some exposure to it. It will suit someone keen to progress and gain more exposure in the recruitment element of the HR lifecycle. You need to be bright, able to articulate information to candidates and hold good conversations by email and telephone. You’ll be curious, proactive, and willing to work hard in this busy, passionate team.
Due to this being a maternity contract, it will start in June so you need to be available at short notice.
