Key Responsibilities

  • Handling Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations (CVLs)and liquidations efficiently and in compliance with regulations.
  • Managing insolvency cases, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
  • Preparing reports, correspondence, and documentation related to insolvency processes.
  • Liaising with clients, creditors, and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Supporting senior administrators and managers in insolvency procedures.
Requirements
  • Ideally 3 years of experience in insolvency administration, but flexible for the right candidate.
  • Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Background in corporate insolvency is ideal however experience in personal insolvency is welcome-training in will be provided.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
