Our client is searching for an experienced ER Advisor (or an HR Advisor with a strong focus on employee relations) to join their established HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment where your expertise can truly shine.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage a diverse caseload of employee relations cases from start to finish.
  • Provide expert guidance on UK employment law to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Provide expert advice to managers on ER issues, ensuring compliance with employment law and internal policies.
  • Manage a varied caseload of employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and sickness absence cases.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives to promote a positive employee experience.
  • Coach and upskill line managers to handle ER issues effectively and confidently.
  • Ensure all casework is accurately documented and reported.
  • Monitor trends and contribute to continuous improvement of policies and procedures.
  • Foster a supportive and proactive team atmosphere, contributing to a positive workplace culture.
