Amour Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic individual to work in their office based near Southampton in a new role as HR & Training Administrator.
Working within the HR Team, this is a hands-on role offering professional HR administrative support across all levels of the business
Duties include:
路 Raising offer letters
路 Doing new starter inductions
路 Booking training course & accommodation etc
路 Preparing job adverts
路 Booking interviews and liaising with agencies etc
Personal requirements:
路 Minimum of 2 years HR, Training & Development experience
路 CIPD level 3 or working towards
路 Proactive with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Hours: Monday to Friday 0800 -1700
Salary: 拢27,000 - 拢32,000 depending on experience
