£38,000-£42,000 + Training + Progression + Company Benefits Are you a HSEQ Advisor or similar with QA audit experience? On offer is a dynamic, hands on role where no two-days will be the same within a well-established company who provide the opportunity to be the go-to person for all H&S processes within the business and to continually develop your career.

This company are a well-established Electrical Supply Systems company who have continually grown since their establishment in 1976, whilst building a loyal customer base across numerous industries. Due to an ever-increasing workload, they are now looking for a new Health and Safety / Quality Officer to join their team.In this varied role you will be the go-to person in the business all HSEQ processes including audits, risk assessments and ensuring compliance to ISO standards. Further to this you will respond to and investigate any incidents, update relevant documentation and liaise closely with the MD and other members of the senior leadership team.This role would suit a HSEQ Advisor or similar looking for a dynamic role within a tight-knit yet well-established Electrical Supply Systems company who offer ongoing opportunities for training and progression.The Role:

  • Oversee quality processes and ensure adherence to relevant ISO standards
  • Head up and develop all H&S processes
  • Carry out risk assessments and update relevant documentation
  • Respond to and investigate any safety incidents
  • Work closely with MD and other members of senior leadership team

The Person:

  • HSEQ Advisor or similar
  • Quality Assurance / Audit background
  • Commutable to Southampton
