A leading national law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor (5+ years' PQE) to join its award-winning Employment team in Southampton. The OpportunityYou will work as part of a highly respected team advising a diverse client base, including household-name corporates, FTSE companies, and public sector bodies. The role will involve:

  • Advising on a full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
  • Handling complex Employment Tribunal litigation
  • Supporting corporate transactions with employment-related advice
  • Advising on senior exits, TUPE, restructures, and large-scale redundancy exercises
  • Delivering training to clients and assisting with business development initiatives

  • Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in employment law
