Property Litigation Paralegal

Location: SouthamptonMy client is looking for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join a growing team. You’ll work on a wide range of disputes, including landlord and tenant issues (possession claims, service charge disputes), commercial property matters (lease renewals, forfeiture, injunctions) and boundary and easement disputes.

This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their legal career or with Paralegal experience who wants hands-on exposure, training and mentoring—plus the chance to work with innovative legal technology and AI tools.1+ years’ experience as a Paralegal in either property law or litigation is essential in order to apply for this role - otherwise your application will not be considered.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a varied property litigation caseload
  • Draft legal documents, bundles and correspondence
  • Conduct research and prepare cases
  • Liaise with clients, counsel and courts
  • Attend hearings, meetings and marketing events
  • Maintain files to Lexcel standards

  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and client-focused approach
  • IT proficiency (Word, Excel, case management systems)
  • Interest in AI, eDiscovery and digital litigation tools
