Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Southampton
Project Type: 250k Fit-Out
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring smooth execution of the fit-out project.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Team Coordination: Supervise subcontractors, tradespeople, and suppliers to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses to ensure they align with the allocated 250k budget.
- Scheduling & Planning: Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Client & Stakeholder Communication: Act as the main point of contact for clients, reporting progress and addressing concerns.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve any site-related issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience managing fit-out projects, ideally in commercial or retail sectors.
- Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS card, First Aid certification.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Software Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools and reporting software.
