Site Manager required for new build and refurbishment projects across the south. The Site Manager will be overseeing new build and refurbishment / fit out projects. The Site Manager will ideally come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects from groundworks through steel frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over. The Site Manager duties will be but not limited to overseeing trades / subcontractors, dealing with health and safety, tool box talks and necessary paperwork. Site Managers that are happy to lodge away a few times a year would be an advantage for the role.
