Description
You will have the following responsibilities:
- Assigning tasks and monitor performance to ensure productivity and adherence to company policies
- Facilitating communication between departments and external partners
- Preparing and present reports on administrative activities and performance
- Implementing and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Being responsible for ensuring the office/reception area environment is well-maintained
- Completing various administration tasks as dictated by the needs of the business
- Covering reception as and when required
Profile
The successful candidate for the Admin Supervisor role is someone with the following:
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative supervisory role
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting priorities
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels
- Innovative approach to problem solving
