Experienced Project Managerrequiredto joinleading main contractor for project in the Southampton area. The Project Manager will come from a main contracting background with SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS, with experience of managing projects up to the value of 50 million. Previous Project Manager experience managing projects from the groundworksstage through steel frame / rc frame, completion of envelope to internal works and fit out to hand over.The Project Manager will have had full project lifecycle experience dealing with aspects from pre construction through inception to completion. The company mainly deal with projects across residential, education, mod, student accommodation, leisure, retail and commercial so experience with these projects would be beneficial for the Project Manager role.
