The Role
As Food & Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operations, including restaurant and bar services. You will lead by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and service, and fostering a positive, motivated team culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily F&B operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Supervise and support team members to achieve service excellence
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards
Manage budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships effectively
Implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
Handle guest feedback professionally and ensure issues are resolved promptly
About You
The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an F&B or Restaurant Manager within a hotel or hospitality environment. You will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to balance hands-on operations with strategic oversight.
Position Details
Salary: 29,000 - 34,000 per annum (DOE)
Location: Southampton area (regular on-site presence required)
