- Chasing outstanding debt
- Creating reports on aged debtors
- Inputting documents to Sage 200
- Learning the ordering and stock systems to manage levels
- Looking into internal processes and suggesting improvements
- Reconciling accounts and statements
- Ideally experience within one of the following roles - Finance Assistant / Credit Controller / Credit Control / Collections Assistant / Finance Clerk / Finance Administrator / Accounts Clerk / Accounts Administrator / Accounts Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Excel skills
- Great attention to detail
- Experience with Sage would be ideal but not essential
