Secondary Supply Teachers Needed – Southampton & Surrounding Areas
Pay: £130 – £150 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:15 – 15:30

We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic supply teachers who are ready to step into the classroom and inspire learners when their regular teacher is away.

• Stepping into Secondary classrooms with confidence and professionalism

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons and maintaining positive behaviour management

• Adapting quickly to a range of subjects and school environments

• Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude to every class

• A qualified teacher (QTS, NQT, ECT or GTC registered)

• Experience teaching Key Stage 3 & 4 (subject specialism a bonus)

• Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills

• Someone adaptable, resilient, and happy to support more challenging schools where needed

• Experience working with high levels of Army children would be an advantage

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)
