What you'll be doing:
- Overseeing all aspects of daily operations across the store
- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a small, hardworking team
- Managing stock, displays, and supplier relationships
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Ensuring high standards of compliance, safety, and presentation
- Working closely with ownership to develop local sales and community links
What we're looking for:
- A confident, motivated retail leader - ideally from a convenience or supermarket background
- Someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle priorities
- A genuine interest in people, product, and local community
- Energetic, positive and ready to bring fresh ideas to the table
