Are you a caring and resilient Support Worker looking to make a real difference in young people's lives?

We're seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our Southampton-based residential team, supporting children aged 8-18 with complex needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a career in trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consistent care and daily support, including personal care, routines, meals, and medication

  • Build strong relationships and act as a trusted role model

  • Support education, life skills, and social development

  • Ensure safeguarding and report any concerns promptly

  • Work with professionals such as Social Workers and Therapists

We're Looking For a Support Worker Who:

  • Communicates well and builds positive rapport
  • Remains calm, patient, and compassionate under pressure
  • Can work shifts, including sleep-ins
  • Holds or is willing to complete a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
  • Has (or is willing to get) an Enhanced DBS
