Our client is looking for a Traffic Administrator who has strong administrative skills and is looking to join a friendly and dynamic team on a full time permanent basis.
The Role:
Our client is looking to recruit someone with previous administration, invoicing and customer service experience and can be part of the companies continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data entry on Excel spreadsheets and the company system
- Managing fuel cards
- Managing PODs
- Generating reports and analysing statistics
- Processing any parking or driving fines accordingly
- Filing
- Invoicing
- Answering incoming calls from staff and customers
- Dealing with any invoicing queries
- Responding to e-mails
- Any other general administrative duties required within the team
Key Skills:
- Previous administration experience from within a transport or warehouse environment would be an advantage
- Previous experience of managing the customer service and invoice processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate - experienced in MS Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy office environment
- Strong customer service skills
