Project Administrator / Operations Manager - Southampton
We're working with a rapidly expanding infrastructure consultancy who specialise in delivering development-focused transport projects across the UK and internationally. As part of their continued growth, they're now seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Project Administrator / Operations Manager to join their Southampton head office team. Contract: Full-time, office-based (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm)
Salary & Benefits: Starting from 拢35,000 + benefits including:

The Role
This is a broad and varied position where you'll be central to keeping the head office running efficiently, while also supporting the delivery of projects worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
路Overseeing day-to-day office operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes
路Coordinating project administration, applying consistent procedures across international projects
路Providing direct support to the management team with reports, presentations, and scheduling
路Supervising and developing administrative staff
路Managing travel, events, invoicing, and office systems
路Maintaining office supplies and equipment
路Supporting bid teams with proposals, Expressions of Interest, and client communications
路Creating a collaborative and positive working culture within the office
What We're Looking For
路A degree is desirable, but not essential
路At least 5 years' experience in office management, operations, or administration
路Strong IT skills across Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
路Excellent communication and business writing skills
路Ability to build strong working relationships across different teams and cultures
