Pay: £168.80 – £270.98 per day (Dependent on Experience)
Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Food Technology Teacher to deliver lessons across KS3 and KS4. You’ll plan and deliver practical and theory-based lessons that inspire creativity, independence, and essential life skills. There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant qualification

• Strong subject knowledge in Food Technology, nutrition, and safe food practices

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and high-quality Food Technology lessons for KS3 and KS4

• Support student progress, practical skill development, and well-being

• Collaborate effectively with the school’s teaching team

• Maintain a safe and well-managed food preparation environment

• Follow school policies and behaviour management strategies
