What You'll Do:
As a Technical Sales Order Processor, you'll be the friendly voice and guiding hand for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and emails with a helpful and warm demeanour.
- Processing orders accurately, confirming prices and quantities.
- Advising customers on expected shipping timescales.
- Referring to parts look-up to ensure correct items are ordered for specific machines.
- Guiding customers to exploded diagrams on the website, ensuring they get the right parts.
- Keeping internal purchasing informed of any special order items.
- Arranging service and repair appointments.
- Maintaining a tidy office environment, free from hazards.
- Assisting with ad-hoc duties as needed.
