Job Title: Sales & Customer ServiceLocation: Southend-on-SeaSalary: £26,000 per annum + unlimited commissionHours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls

• Manage B2B outreach (e.g. events companies)

• Process sales orders (RMS system)

• Send quotes (CRM system)

• Manage email correspondence

• Describe product features to drive sales

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven sales track record

• Excellent phone and communication skills

• Organised, accurate, and methodical

• Customer-focused with a confident, engaging manner

• Strong IT and numeracy skills
