About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Digital Photocopier Assistant to join our reprographics team. In this key support role, you will ensure the smooth operation of our printing and document production services, helping departments across the organisation maintain access to essential printed materials.This position requires a hands-on individual with strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate printing, photocopying, collating, and binding equipment to meet departmental needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot reprographics equipment, escalating to service engineers as needed.
  • Maintain and replenish stock of paper, toner, and other supplies; manage ordering and inventory records.
  • Ensure all photocopiers are fully operational and regularly serviced across campuses.
  • Process purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and stock control.
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to optimise equipment performance and resolve technical issues.
  • Coordinate external print orders such as business cards, headed paper, and promotional materials.
  • Uphold high standards of accuracy, quality control, and customer service at all times.
Key Requirements
  • Must hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or issued within the last 12 months.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexible and willing to travel between campuses as required.
