I am recruiting for a diligent and organised Digital Photocopier Assistant to join my client on a Fixed Term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality printing services, ensuring all departments have the necessary resources to provide exceptional education.

Key Responsibilities:

Printing Services:

  • Perform printing, photocopying, collating, and binding tasks as required.
  • Address issues with faulty equipment, particularly photocopiers, and arrange repairs with relevant engineers.
  • Prepare orders for printing and photocopying supplies, maintaining effective stock control.
  • Regularly replenish paper for photocopiers.
  • Replace photocopier toners as needed.
  • Handle invoicing, raise purchase orders, and check stock levels.
  • Collaborate with IT staff regarding the maintenance and operation of reprographic equipment.
  • Liaise with suppliers to order printing requirements (e.g. business cards, headed paper).

  • Ability to establish good rapport with clients (internal and external) and provide excellent service with high-quality work and strong interpersonal skills.
