Reservations & Sales Administrator - Full Time

Currently, in a stage of fantastic growth, we are looking to expand our Sales team with enthusiastic individuals who have excellent Sales and Customer Service Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle both inbound and outbound calls from new and existing customers in a professional manner
  • Assist customers with enquiries regarding the products and services we offer
  • Reaching out B2B to Event’s Companies etc.
  • Sales Order Processing on our internal RMS System.
  • Sending Quotes to pre-existing leads via our internal CRM System.
  • Sales Calls Inbound and Outbound
  • Managing all email correspondence in an efficient manner
  • Accurately describe our product features and benefits to increase your personal sales revenue

Self Management;
