Job Title: Ventilation Compliance Supervisor

Location: Southend-On-Sea

Salary: 27,000 - 35,500

Role Overview:

We are looking for a diligent Compliance Supervisor to ensure that all Ventilation Hygiene Cleaning Contracts are executed to the highest standards and meet customer satisfaction. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a skilled team in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage General Ventilation Cleaning, Fire Damper Testing, and Kitchen Extract Fire Safety Cleaning.
• Communicate with customers or their representatives to agree on tasks and priorities.
• Ensure 100% attendance for all assignments, avoiding aborted calls unless beyond control.
• Conduct and adhere to risk assessments, ensuring no RIDDOR incidents and avoiding vehicle accidents.
• Coordinate the workload of the compliance team, setting job priorities and managing manpower.
• Ensure compliance with Health and Safety Regulations on-site and at the depot.
• Maintain the serviceability of all equipment, reporting any deficiencies or damages.
• Supervise Compliance Operatives, ensuring work meets required standards.
• Professionally represent the company on-site.
• Assist in the on-the-job training of new operatives and temporary staff.
• Handle urgent issues, communicate progress, and set daily priorities.

• BESA Grease Hygiene Technician Training.
