What You Will Do:

Oversee and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring smooth production processes and minimal downtime.
Implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Manage operational budgets, monitor stock levels, and ensure production demands are met efficiently.
Establish and enforce quality control standards to consistently deliver products that exceed customer expectations.
Lead and mentor a manufacturing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment while supporting employee development.
Ensure best health and safety practices are maintained, adhering to the company’s Health and Safety Policy.

What You Will Bring:

At least five years’ experience in planning and managing complex manufacturing operations.
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations with a NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
Proven experience working within BRC-led companies, ISO 9001 QMS, and HACCP systems within production or manufacturing
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and build effective teams across various disciplines.
Exceptional organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with a hands-on, flexible approach to problem-solving.
Experience within packaging and / or print industry highly advantageous
