- Accurately identify and locate vehicle parts using technical knowledge and stock control systems
- Maintain organisedstock areas, ensuring parts are stored securely and in pristine condition
- Process sales, handle payments, and ensure all stock movements adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with workshop teams to ensure the smooth flow of parts and meet customer requirements
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, including new brands and models
- Previous experience in a Parts Advisor role or similar dealership environment
- Strong knowledge of vehicle layouts, parts identification, and stock management systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Exceptional organisationalskills to manage stock accurately and efficiently
- Good numerical and literacy skills to handle stock, payments, and credits accurately
