Are you looking for a new Health & Safety position?Would you like to work on a large 150 person site?Do you have manufacturing experience?This company and role could be perfect for you!Reporting to the Ops DirectorMon-Frid 0800 to 1630£30k to 35kThe Site EHS Coordinator is responsible for all EHS tasks related to health, safety and environmental hazards at site level as well as administrative needs for record keeping, audits, and training for EHS on site.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe below duties and responsibilities represent both site level and corporate:• Develop safety guidelines and related environmental, health and safety communications and educational information.• Review all near misses and incidents which occur along with assisting with events (near misses and incidents) investigation process and preventive/corrective actions.• Communicate and share the near misses and incidents on site as well as lessons learned and opportunities for improvements.• Coordinate on-site deficiencies and safety inspections.• Ensure inspections by regulatory agencies are coordinated and deficiencies are minimized and corrected.• Maintain all logs and documentation associated with permits and regulatory requirements.• Reporting of Site Metrics and EHS KPI's• Maintain filing systems regarding EHS policy and programs.• Practice safe working techniques and re-enforce the EHS policies, guidelines, and procedures as set out by the Company.• Provide guidance and direction in EHS programs to all staff to ensure a common and effective approach.
