As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
- Manage a team of Nurses and Care staff.
- Assist the Home Manager in running the service.
- Train and coach staff to ensure high standards of care.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Work mainly supernumerary hours, Monday to Friday,
- Be flexible to cover on the floor when needed - occasional shifts
