As a Deputy Nurse Manager, you will:
  • Manage a team of Nurses and Care staff.
  • Assist the Home Manager in running the service.
  • Train and coach staff to ensure high standards of care.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Work mainly supernumerary hours, Monday to Friday,
  • Be flexible to cover on the floor when needed - occasional shifts
