Reviewingmultiplepropertyspecificasbestossurveysheldwithinarchiveandupdatingtheasbestosregisterwiththelatestinformationtoensuredataaccuracy.

Ensuringcorrectmaterialandpriorityassessments(asperHSG264)havebeenincludedforeachACM.

ReviewasbestosremediationandremovalinformationpacksandensuringitiscorrectlylinkedwithintheCAFMcompliancesoftware(APEX)anduploaded.

Theidealcandidate:ThisisverymuchadataverificationroleandeachcandidatemustbeabletouseITComplianceSystems,theabilitytoread/understandmultiplepropertyasbestossurveyreports(bothManagement,R&D)withtheabilitytoreviewthemforinaccuraciesandmanuallyinputupdates,alongwithcheckingofexistingdataalreadyheld.Keeneyefordetail,andaverygoodunderstandingofMaterial&PriorityRiskAssessmentsandScorings.
