Harper Recruitment Group are looking for 2 articulate and accurate customer service professionals to join a well-established, global organisation. This is an excellent opportunity, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
What does the role involve?
- Accurately placing and amending orders for customers with an existing account
- Translating orders into the system (Salesforce and SAP)
- Ensuring orders are accurately placed with no errors and meet shipping restrictions
- Answering high-volume telephone calls and emails
- Acting as the first point of contact for queries relating to stock availability, product information, website support, delivery updates, and aftercare resolution.
- Showing initiative and genuine care to resolve customer queries
- Building rapport with the customer base
- We need passionate and motivated individuals who will give customers a positive experience every time!
Who are we looking for?
- Customer service experience in an environment where accuracy is key
- Precise attention to detail
- A good listener and able to work as a team
- An excellent timekeeper
- MS Office proficiency is a must, experience in Salesforce would be beneficial
If successful, you will be office-based for approx. 4 weeks of training. After training, you can work 3 days from the office and 2 days from home per week (following a rotational rota).
