Interim Record to Report (RTR) Manager

This is a chunky role managing a large RTR function amid a period of interesting and exciting change. You'll be someone who loves the buzz and challenge of being part of a financial SSC. There is loads to go at in terms of driving excellence - you'll be someone who enjoys being part of transformation / enhancement projects. It’s a talented finance team - you’ll be working with intelligent and capable colleagues and as part of a collaborative senior leadership team. You’ll be a natural leader and coach - someone able to get the very best from a modern RTR function. £600 - £700 a day level, hybrid working. Immediate start.Ideally you will have experience as RTR Manager / Director in a large scale and high performing SSC.
Required:
- Ability to lead and enhance large finance teams - previous experience of managing RTR within a large and modern SSC would be highly attractive.
- Understanding of ERP system migration (SAP ideally)
- Ability to communicate confidently and with natural gravitas.
- Ability to support, encourage and reassure finance functions navigating change and transformation.
- Ability to embed a culture of excellence and collaboration.
