In this hands-on role, you'll join a close-knit product development team where your ideas and palate will shape new creations from concept through to launch. The company has a long-standing heritage in creating naturally crafted products, working with fresh ingredients and drawing on years of experience to deliver premium, taste-led products for a wide range of customers across retail, hospitality and foodservice.
Your days will be filled with experimenting in the development kitchen, running taste panels, refining recipes, and supporting factory trials. You'll be involved in flavour analysis, shelf-life evaluations and competitor benchmarking, helping ensure that every product lives up to its promise. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across marketing, sales, operations, and finance, building your knowledge and experience while making a meaningful impact.
We're looking for someone with a UK Food related degree, ideally with a little hands-on experience in product development. You'll need to be organised, detail-oriented and excited to juggle multiple projects at once. Most importantly, you'll be a true foodie with a natural curiosity for ingredients and an eagerness to bring fresh ideas to life.
