- Provide estimates for maintenance services on water reuse products, including contracts, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
- Ensure quotations are accurate, profitable, and deliver the best solution for clients.
- Manage projects from initial quote through to order, maintaining excellent client communication throughout.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products in line with customer needs.
- Support clients with technical queries and basic troubleshooting.
- Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) and represent the business at trade shows when required.
- Work closely with the sales team to meet order, revenue, and profit margin targets.
- Proven experience in estimating and customer service.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Worked within the construction industry, water industry or similar field
