Maintenance Sales Estimator – Near Newark – £26500Chase & Holland are delighted to be working with an innovative and growing business in the water reuse sector as they continue their exciting expansion. We’re looking for a motivated and commercially minded Maintenance Sales Estimator to join their close-knit and forward-thinking team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and converting sales opportunities into orders, providing expert technical advice, and building strong, lasting client relationships.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for sustainability and customer service, who thrives on delivering innovative solutions that make a difference. A background in estimating, technical sales, or the water reuse/engineering sector would be an advantage, but more important is a proactive attitude and the drive to exceed customer expectations.Benefits Package includes:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide estimates for maintenance services on water reuse products, including contracts, repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
  • Ensure quotations are accurate, profitable, and deliver the best solution for clients.
  • Manage projects from initial quote through to order, maintaining excellent client communication throughout.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or products in line with customer needs.
  • Support clients with technical queries and basic troubleshooting.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings (virtual and in-person) and represent the business at trade shows when required.
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet order, revenue, and profit margin targets.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in estimating and customer service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Worked within the construction industry, water industry or similar field
